images1.jpegI’m so excited to share with you that today, Monday March 19, 2007, the international newspaper The Christian Science Monitor published a feature article about select organizations on the The WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces 2007 as well as the entire list of all 34 organizations that received the award. The article is entitled, “Democratic principles making businesses more transparent.” You can view the article online by clicking here.

You can also download a PDF of the article by clicking below.

The article features WorldBlu List awardees Continuum, a design consultancy based in Boston, Great Harvest Bread Company with its 224 ‘freedom-franchises” across the US, and Motek, a Beverly Hills, California company that makes software for warehouses.

The Christian Science Monitor has an online readership of 5 million each month and 100,000 subscribers to its daily print edition. Last August, the Christian Science Monitor published an opinion piece I wrote about democracy in the workplace as well. You can read it by clicking here.

Since announcing the first annual WorldBlu List just two weeks ago, we’ve been getting a steady amount of press coverage – both about the List and the organizations featured on the List. Everyone from bloggers to online magazines to print magazine to newspapers have been writing about the WorldBlu List or will be doing so in the coming months. I’ll keep you posted!
