Today I have an opinion piece published in the Christian Science Monitor newspaper. It’s entitled, A Better World, One Office at at Time: Today’s Companies Need to Build a Democratic Workplace. It’s less of a here-are-the-bottom-line-benefits-of-workplace-democracy piece and more about the social dimensions of how building a democratic workplaces can help change the WORLD, an idea I think most people haven’t really considered.

I was trying to appeal to my fellow next generation (business) leaders and inspire them to not only build great companies that help change the world but also run their organizations in such a manner that empowers people in a way we haven’t seen yet on a massive scale.
