Traci Fenton writes the WorldBlu blog and is the Founder and CEO of WorldBlu, Inc. As a leading expert in workplace democracy and freedom-centered leadership, she is recognized as one of the business thought-leaders of her generation as well as of the next generation of business.
Traci has spent over a decade developing methods and tools for designing and building democratic companies.
