The WorldBlu List is comprised of organizations that took the WorldBlu Democratic Workplace Scorecard™ and scored in the top level, identifying them as one of the most democratic workplaces in the world.
A LISTING INSTEAD OF A RANKING
The WorldBlu List is a list (instead of a ranking) of democratic organizations from around the world and will be announced on an annual basis.
A NEW WORKPLACE STANDARD
We believe that as more and more organizations choose to operate using organizational democracy, a new type of organizational design model -- as well as a new workplace standard -- will emerge. The WorldBlu List intends to honor these champions of freedom in the workplace and highlight this new standard.
