The second annual Democracy in the Workplace Day will be celebrated on April 24, 2008. WorldBlu will recognize and honor model democratic organizations around the world that day by announcing the second annual WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces™.
On Democracy in the Workplace Day, we invite organizations and individuals from around the globe to join us in celebrating the organizations on the WorldBlu List and the positive ripple effect their workplace practices are having on increasing freedom, peace, and prosperity in the world. We also invite you to use this day as an occasion to examine how you and your organization can adopt and further mature your practice of democracy in the workplace.
